I love a good shake. For a quick breakfast, snack, dessert, as dinner… it’s a great way for me to pack tons of good things all into one place. Plus, it’s so fun to use my blender ?
Thought I’d share what I’ve been feeling lately in my shake, since you know, seeing what someone puts in their smoothie is a lot like looking into their soul.
Ingredients and Why:
Shakeology – this shit has everything you need for a perfect shake base: protein, superfoods, flavor, nothing artificial and gross. Hit me up if you wanna know more; I’m now addicted
Almond milk – duh. alternative: filtered water
3 ice cubes – makes it creamy. alternative: frozen fruit
Handful spinach ?– get those veggies in one way or another! and spinach blends much better than kale
Spoonful Greek yogurt– for extra protein and to make it a meal, since this is a breakfast shake for me
Capful Apple Cider Vinegar – appetite suppressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, I could go on…
Dropper of Soul Addict CBD oil – liquid miracle healing plant magic ✨
1/2 tsp Sun Potion Macuna Pruriens – helps with dopamine levels and mood stabilization because ya girl needs that
Dash cinnamon – boost metabolism
Dash turmeric – anti-inflammatory, and many other good things. only use a tiny bit as the flavor (and color) can overpower
Blended and served with a metal straw because saving the ?is sexy.
